Music Monday #5

I've been doing a lot of dreaming lately. I like to play the game "Where do you see yourself in 3 (then 5 and 10) years from now. My 10 year dream is to be writing popular children's books, semi-retired, living in France. But in order to achieve any goal you have to take baby steps and plan. So last week I sent two of my picture book manuscripts to literary agents. I've sent them out, and been rejected, before so I don't hold any grand plans of instant success, but I'm taking baby steps. As far as living in France, Hubby and I would like to buy a (very) small French home to use and rent out as a vacation home. Later, perhaps it will be my semi-retirement home. So, we've reviewed our finances and started to carve away many of the frills in hopes that one day we can afford that dream. Dream with me. Where do you want to be in 3 years? How about 5? And 10?
